Return Policy

HARDWARE:

Purchased hardware comes with a 30-day warranty for manufacturer defects. This means any issue that arises out of the box in the first 30 days will be covered. Damages due to misuse and mishandling, however, are not covered. All products must be returned in the same condition they were received.

E-LIQUIDS/E-JUICES:

All E-Liquid or E-Juice sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on E-Liquids/E-Juices.

DISPOSABLES:

All Disposable sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on Disposables.

Processing Your Return:

Our Returns Department will process your return quickly and efficiently, providing you with the resolution you need. If found defective, we'll issue a store credit or a replacement, depending on your request. If a replacement device is not available, we'll issue a store credit.

In some cases, returns and claims may be accepted with a 20% restocking fee and applicable shipping fees to be covered by the customer. Final approval is determined at our discretion.
